6 years ago ( if I'm correct ) my mom gatal tangan bought a bread maker. Up til now its never been used.

So today after searching high and low for the missing mixing paddle I've made my first loaf of bread.
TADA!!!

it didnt turn out right but it'll do. I'm still happy that i managed to make one.

As you can see above the brand is worldstar and its suppose to be from Japan. Sounds unfamiliar? I feel the same way. I've lost the box and the manual to termites (bloody vermons) so really i had to learn it on my own. Googled "worldstar bread maker" and in return google gives me unappropriate things like porno. blink blink. Dont go checking that out.

Clearly this machine was manufactured in China. I assume lah
Learn bit by bit, trying to understand how it operates.
30 minutes gone this baby is ready to ROCK N ROLL.
Early this morning around 7 i couldnt sleep after hearing the horrible murmurs from kakak, dier mengigau, i couldnt fall back to sleep. So then i decided to have a go at the breadmaker. Dump the ingredients inside and let the machine work. I didnt have bread flour and i couldnt even find the plain one either. Cari - cari found this abandoned sack of flour. It couldve been self raising or instant pancake mix. shrugs. dump it in with the rest.

expanding. Looks like a toilet bowl though

It took about 3 hours for the whole process. While waiting watch lah House of Flying Daggers. Its shocking that i had the cd for more then 2 years yet ive never seen it. Anyway i hated the ending.

beep beep

it's alive

i forgot to take a picture of the bread as a whole. Couldnt help ripping the sucker off.

The texture didnt turn out like real bread and that's what has been anticipated. The crust taste bitter 0_0 that's just scary. But the bread taste ok and the smell of yeast is very strong.

All the more today's experiment wasnt a complete failure. Mama promised to buy bread flour so i could make more. and more AND MORE

BWAHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAHX

Hi, I've just bought the same bread maker with no manual as well. What recipe did you use?
